Professor Edelman has substantial experience in navigating the murky waters of federal and state gaming law for Online Gaming companies.  Author of the Harvard law journal article A Short Treatise on Fantasy Sports and the Law, Professor Edelman has worked most extensively in the area of fantasy sports.  Recently, Professor Edelman was a featured panelist at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting on Internet Gaming and Sports Wagering, which was held at the Borgata Hotel.
